Small Business Endorses Mark Dudenhefer in District 2 Race

RICHMOND, September 30, 2015—The National Federation of Independent Business, Virginia’s leading small-business association, has endorsed Mark Dudenhefer in the Second House District race.

The endorsement comes from the NFIB/Virginia SAFE (Save America’s Free Enterprise) Trust, which is comprised exclusively of NFIB members.

“Mark Dudenhefer is clearly the best choice for small business owners, their employees and their families,” said Nicole Riley, state director of NFIB/Virginia.

“Mark Dudenhefer understands the challenges facing the commonwealth’s small businesses, and our members believe he will take a fiscally responsible approach to managing state government and support legislation that helps our small businesses grow and create jobs.”

“I’m proud to have the backing of NFIB. Their support is a testament to my message of smaller, more efficent government. With momentum on our side, we will continue to grow our grassroots efforts and spread our message to all voters,” said Mark Dudenehefer.

The NFIB/Virginia SAFE Trust’s endorsement is critical to Mark Dudenhefer’s campaign. Small business owners and their employees vote in high numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members and acquaintances to go to the polls. NFIB has pledged it will activate its grassroots network on behalf of the campaign. NFIB’s political support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on small business issues.
